In addition to our expansive facilities for your equine partners, we have overnight lodging available for people too! Tuxon Ranch has multiple apartment/condos as well as trailer parking with electric and water hookups.
Overnight Trailer Hookups
Tuxon Ranch has 70 overnight trailer hookups. Each hookup spot has water and electric and there is a waste dump station on site. Large graveled roads allow for easy maneuvering even with a large rig.

This fully furnished two bedroom two, bathroom condo in Hesperus, CO is what the Colorado life is all about. This condo has a private yet spacious floor plan. The common area is bright and charming with its adobe style fireplace and large screen TV. The kitchen and island are perfect for entertaining and spacious enough to have help in the kitchen.
With views of the La Plata Mountains outside every window, you will enjoy every minute spent here on this beautiful 300 acre ranch. With all the amenities you need you can enjoy the peacefulness and tranquility of this working ranch. With only a 20 minute drive to Durango, Colorado, you are close enough to enjoy the city’s shopping, restaurants and charming nightlife.
This exquisite Adobe style house is the main upscale home on Tuxon Ranch. It offers complete privacy and has beautiful views of the ranch, the high desert and the La Plata Mountains. Sunrises and sunsets are spectacular here. There are trails throughout the 300 acre ranch for hiking and horseback riding.
The 4 bedroom home features 2 master suites, has a gourmet kitchen with a large bar area, wood flooring and granite counters throughout the house. There is also a very nice outdoor area with wood burning fireplace and a gas fire pit and hot tub overlooking the mountains, the high desert and the ranch.
